What consignment services do for your business:
• Open/close at any time of your choosing
• Receive payment for all goods sold
[must be previously set up on our POS system]
• Pay state sales taxes for your business
• Offer refunds for goods sold
• Deposit sales to your account weekly
• Offer basic customer service for your business
• Set appointments for your services
• Receive mail and packages on your behalf
• Facilitate repair and maintenance work related to
basic infrastructure (plumbing, HVAC, etc.)What consignment services don’t do:
• Offer customer problem resolution on sales not
executed by consignment
• Perform marketing, promotional or managerial work
• Authorize cosmetic related work on any lease space
• Authorize expansive electrical or plumbing work
after signing a lease• Tenants are encouraged to act as consignment
to obtain significant discounts on rent and services
